The mixed ligand complexes of L-lysine monohydrochloride and L-aspartic acid with Fe(II), Vo(II), Mn(II) and Zn (II) Metal 'ions are prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, inffared spectra, magnetic moment and electronic spectral studies. The geometry of the complexes is assigned with the help of magnetic moment and electronic spectra of the complexes different ligand field parameters are also, calculated for the complexes.
