In the present paper Schiff base of N1 Acetyl Sulphisoxazole was spnthesised with salicylatehyde and was characterised by analysis. Complexes of Cu(II), Zo(II) and Fe(II) were then synthesised with Na Acetyl Sulphisoxazole salicylaldimine (N1 Ac. SIOSA) isolated in solid state and characterised. Elemental analysis verifies 2:1 complexe formation between N1 Ac. SIOSA and metals. A common structure assigned to these complexes was supported by I. R. spectral data.
