Ai (III) complexes with ∝ -thionaphthoic hydrazide/3-indolyl thiohydrazide/ 2-furfuryl thiohydrazide as primary ligand and pic H or quin H as co-ligand have been synthesised and Characterised on the basis of analytical, conductance, spectral and thermal studies. Analyses suggest the formula [AI-L-L H2O.C]for the complexes where L = L=C11H9N2S OR C9H8N3S or C5H5N2OS and L'= C6H4NO2 OR C7H3NO4. Conductance values in 10-3M solution (DMF) indicate their noo-ionic nature. Thermal studies support the above formulae for the compounds.
