Antifungal activity of some acid hydrazones, semicarbazone, thiosemicarbazone of 2-amioo-nicotinaldehyde and their copper (II) complexes was evaluated against Drechlera rostraia and Fusarium oxysporum. All the compounds both ligands and complexes exhibited antifungal activity. The copper (II) complexes were found to be more toxic than ligands against both the fungi under investigation.
