Conductance Properties of ∝ -Irradiated Binary Oxides

Conductance properties of binary oxide mixtures and the effect of ∝ -irradiation were studied using electrical conductance measurements. The activation energies of the samples were disomed according to the ion concentration in the octahedral - tetrahedraI sites of the spinel structure.
