The complexes of Deoxyalliin and transition metals Co(II), Cu(II) and Ni(II) chlorides has been investigated. The synthesized complexes were characterized by the elemental and thermal analysis, FT-IR spectral and magnetic measurement data. The spectral result suggests that ligand coordinated to the metal ions through carboxylate (COO-) and amino (NH2) groups. The results obtained herein reports the complexes of formula [M(C6H10NO2S)2]. [M = Co(II), Ni(II) or Cu(II)]. The complexes shows higher antibacterial activity and dissolution rate than the free Deoxylliin.
