A series of N(4-fluoro-3-piperazinyl)phenylbenzaldimine derivatives II were prepared by the reaction of N(3-chloro-4-fluoro)phenylbenzaldimine derivatives I with piperazine. The structures of new synthesized compounds were confirmed by their spectral studies and these compounds were tested for their in vitro growth inhibitory activity against Gram +ve and Gram -ve bacteria.
