Vibrational analysis of ethane, disilane and digermarte has been earned out to obtain the valence force constants using kinetic Constant method. These constants are than used to get all the other molecular constants such as mean amplitudes of vibrations, Coriolis coupling constants and rotational distortion constants. The rare phenomenon of hindered internal rotation has been explained in terms of the valence force constants
