Abstract:
Palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes containing mixed ligands N-phenyl-N-(2-pyridyl) thiourea (AH) or N-phenyl-N-(2-methylpyridyl) thiourea (BH) and the diphosphine Ph2 P(H2) nPPh2 (n = 1-4) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, molar conductance and i.r. spectral data. 1H n.m.r. data have been used to characterize the prepared ligands while 31P-{1H} n.m.r. data have been applied to characterize the produced isomers.
