Method for Determination of Trace Metals Zinc, Cadmium, Chromium, Nickel and Lead by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy

Present work proposes a quick and simple method for the determination of trace elements Zinc, Cadmium, Lead, Nickel and Chromium in Soyabean Seeds; by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy. Sample is extracted with the mixure of mineral acids and analysed directly. Recoveries were Zn 83.4845 ± 4.4871, Cd 64.7000 ± 7.7434, Cr 92.2000 ± 14.179, INK 95.2000 ± 11.2289 and Pb 88.7000 ± 10.8906.
