Quality of Market Samples of Soya Paneer

The Chemical and Microbiological quality of Soya Paneer available in the market was studied, 85 samples of Soya Paneer were collected from different parts of Delhi and Western U.P and analysed. The Study has indicated the requirement of sanitation by manufacturer and vandor in handling, storage, and preperation of new chemical and microbiological standards for assessing the quality of soya paneer.
