High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Spectrophotometric Studies on Clopidol

A spectrophotometry method for the assay of clopidol is described using DMSO solvent. Calibration curves and statistical analysis is given. Calculated linear regression is 0.9991. The method is counter checked by HPLC method developed by US. A reversed phase chromatography is described using DMSO as solvent, mobile phase : methanol, flow rate = 1 ml/min, AUFS = 0.05, chart speed = 0.5 cm/min, pressure = 0.35 -0.4 KPSI, and the uv response is monitored at 290 nm. Calibration curves and statistical analysis is given. Calculated linear regression is 0.9998.
