Based oh polarographic investigation, the successive formation constants of binary aid ternary Cd2+ complexes of L-Tyrosine, 2,2'-Bipyridine and 1, 10 Phenanthroline have been determined by employing Deford-Hume's and Schaap-Mc Mater's methods respectively. The reduction of these complexes at dropping mercury reversible, two electron transfer and diffusion controlled. The positive value of the mixing constant shows that the mixed ligand complex is more stable than the simple one. Thermodynamic parameters have also been calculated and discussed.
