pH Metric titration technique has been applied to study the complex equilibria of 2-( p-chlo- rophenyI ) thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid, 2-( p-tolyl ) thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid, 2-( p-hyd- roxyrfunyl ) thiazolidinc-4-carboxylic acid and 2-( o-h>droxyphenyl ) thiazolidine-4-carboxylic adds with Mn (II), Co (II), Ni (II) and Zn (II) at different ionic strengths and temperatures. Cu(II) metal ion precipitated with all above ligands. Thermodynamic functions (ΔG, ΔH, ΔS), electro- static and eratic components have been evaluated and discussed.
