Comparative H.P.L.C Separation of Protein and Amino Acid Contents in Soyabean (Glycin Max (L)) and Broad Bean (Viccia Faba (L)) With Reference to Thier Seed Size

Two representive samples of prominent soybean and broadbean varities, were analysed for protien and amino acids contents by H.P. L. C Significant variations of amino acids consents were observed due to verieral interaction as well as the seed size in both the crops. It was seen that the seed size may also able to influence levels of amino acids.
