Spectrophotometry Characterization of Some N-(5-Nitro-2-Furfurylidene)-Benzhy Drazide Derivatives

The protonation and dissociation processes of N-(5-nitro-2-furfurylidene)-benzydrazide, 2-amino-N-(5-nitro-2-furfurylidene)-benzydrazide 4-chloro- N -(5-nitro- 2 -furfurylidene)- benzydrazide, N(5-nitro-2-furfurylidene)-acetohydrazide and N-(5-nitro-2-furfurylidene-tert~butycarbazate have been investigated by spectrophotometry method. The protonation and dissociation constants have been determined and the effect of chemical structure on protonation and dissociation process have been discussed.
