Zn (II) and Cd (II) mixed co-ordination comlexes with 2,5-dimethoxy phenacylidene thiosemicarbazone, 2-hydroxy, 5-carboxy acetophenone thiosemicarbazone, resacetophenone-4-phenyl thiosemicarbazone as primary ligand and 2-pyridine ethanol as co-ligand have been synthesised and characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility and it spectral results. All the complexes show non-electrolytic nature except that of Cd [2,5-dimethoxy phenacylidene thiosemicarbazone) (2-pyridine ethanol) ] CI which shows 1:1 electrolytic behaviour.
