A number of new co-ordination compounds of Zn(II) and Cd(II) have been isolated. The composition of these compounds was established on the basis of elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic and I. R. spectral data. The compounds are non-electrolyte, evidenced by the low conductance values. The complexes have been assigned tetrahedral stereochemistry.
