Amino Acid Composition of the Fruits of Luvunga Scandens Roxb.

The protein hydrolysate from the fruit of Luvenga Scandens has been investigated qualitatively and Quantitatively by chromatographic and colorimetrlc methods. Fruits have been found to contain seven amino acids out of which three viz., Arginine. Methionine and Phenyl alanine are essential amino acids for human diet, and are present in quantitatively (55.13) percentage.
