Complexes of Sulphonyl-ureas viz acetohexamide (a), tolazamide (b), and glypinamide (c) were synthesised with Fe (II), isolated in pure form, dried and weighed. The composition of complexes on the basis of analytical date is given as (C15H19N2O4S)2 Fe.2H2O, (C14H20N3O3S)2 Fe.2HtO, and (C14H20N3O3S)2 Fe.2H20. The stability constant calculated are 11.495, 11.7231, 13.101 litres / mole, while Free energy changes are -15.4135, -15.7718 and -17.6856 K. Cal/ mole. The general structure assigned to these complexes is supported by I. R. spectral bands
