In the present study, four Schiff bases derived from salicylaldehyde and aliphatic di, tri and tetramine have been synthesised and completed with nickel (II) anthranilate and benzoate. The structure of these complexes are proposed on the basis of elemental analysis, molar conductance, ir and electronic spectra, magnetic moment and thermogravimetric analysis. Schiff bases behave as bridged anionic ligands.
