An Improved one Pot Procedure for Preparation And Isolation of Cephalosporin Intermediate: 7-Amino-3-Nor-3-Cephem-4-Carboxylic Acid (7-ANCA)

An efficient one pot synthesis of useful cephalosporin intermediate, 7-ANCA is described. The present process does not involve of isolation step as well as purification and amenable to large scale synthesis.
