A few complexes(1) of VO (II) with 2-3 dihydrazino quinoxaline have been synthesized and characterized by analytical, conductance, thermal, spectral and magnetic data. The ligand behaves as bis (NN) donor in all the complexes, coordinating through the ring azomethine nitrogen and nitrogen of terminal- NH2.
