Complexation and X-Ray Studies of Molybdenum With Tolbutamide, an Oral Anti Diabetic Drug

Tolbutamide also known as Reaction is chemically 1-butyl-3-p-tolyl suphonyl urea, an oral antidiabetic agents form 2:1 complex with molybdenum trioxide in alcoholic medium. The present study describes the synthesis analysis, composition and X-ray studies of tolbutamide-molybdenum complex.
