Seven fluoro substituted phenyl-1,2,4-triazolo(5-1b)-benzothiazoles have been synthesized by refluxing of 2-fluorophenyl imidino benzothiazoles and lead acetate in presence of benzene solvent. All the synthesized compounds have been screened for fungicidal activity, three have shown good to fair activity (R1 = R = C2H5; R = C2H5, R1 = H; and R = C2H5, R1 = CH3)''.
