Synthesis and Antimicrobial Activity of 8-Substituted-7-Fluoro-2H-Benzo[4,5]Thiazolo [2,3-C][1,2,4]Triazol-3One

We have synthesized 7-Substituted-6-fluorobenzothiazol-2-ylamine (P2) from 3-Chloro-4-fluorophenylamine. 7-substituted-6-fluorobenzothiazol-2-ylamine were treated with hydrazine hydrate to get 7-substituted-6-fluoro-benzothiazol-2-yl-hydrazine (P3) and then prepared 8-Substituted-7-fluoro-2H-benzo[4,5]thiazolo [2,3-c][1,2,4]triazol-3-one (PP 1-9) by treating ethyl chloroformate as a cyclising agent. We prepared different derivatives of this compounds its confirmed by IR, NMR. The study of antimicrobial activity reveals that the synthesized compounds have moderate activity.
