Mixed ligand complexes of dioxouranium (VI) with istain-3-oxime and isatin-3- hydrazone (Schiff bases) along with some oxygen-sulphur donors such as dimethyl suphoxide (DMSO) and diphenyl thiourea (DPT) have been synthesized and characterized by infra-red spectra, H1 NMR Spectra and elemental analysis. The complexes were screened for their activity against candida albicans
KEYWORDS:Dioxouranium (VI); Isatin-3-oxime; Isatin 3-hydrazone; dimethyl sulfoxide; diphenyl thiourea; antimicrobial activity
