Inhibition of Albumin Denaturation and Anti Inflammatory Activity of 2-[N-P-Tolyl Sulphon Hydrazino]-6-Fluoro-7-Substituted (1,3) Benzothiazoles

The title compounds are prepared by starting from Fluoro chloro aniline to 2-amino benzothiazole, which is converted further into 2-hydrazino benzothiazoles, then it is treated with para tolyl sulphonyl chloride to obtain N-p-tolyl sulphon hydrazino 6-fluoro-7-chloro (1,3) benzothiazoles. Finally the above said compounds treated with different amines to get derivative compounds. The synthesized compounds are screened for anti-inflammatory activity. Some of these compounds shows promising anti-inflammatory activity.
