Synthesis of 3-Substituted 6--Hydroxy-3,4-Dihydroxy-2H-1,2,4-Benzothiadiazine-1,1-Dioxide-7-Sulphonamides, Anti-Microbial Activity and Diuretic Activity

3-Subsituted-6-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,2,4-benzothiadizine-1, 1-dioxide-7-5-sulphonamides were prepared. Starting from 3-amino phenol and chloro sulphonic acid, Addition of ammonia give 3-amino phenol-4,6-disulphonamids. Addition of 3-aino phenol-4,6 disulphonamide in different aldehydes resulted in benzothiadiazine derivatives. The physical and spectral data of synthesized compounds were determined. The synthesized compounds were screened for thier antibacterial, antifungal and diuretics activity so, there compounds may be useful as better hypotensive compounds.
