Mixed Ligand Complexes of Cobalt(Ii) With Ciprofloxacin Ethopropazine and Mepazine

A of mixed ligand complexes of cobalt with ciprofloxacin : [1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(1-piperazinyl)-quinolone-3-carboxylic acid]. Ethopropazine (N, N-diethyl-a-methyl-10H-phenothiazine-10-ethanamine hydrochloride) and Mepazine [10-(1-methyl)-3-piperidyl] methyl phenothiazine hydrochloride have been synthesized and characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, conductivity measurements and IR spectral studies. They have general formula [CoLL1 X2] 2H2O, where L = CF, L1 = EP or MP, X = Cl, Br, ClO4 and
