Conductance Studies on Structural Interaction in Electrolyte-D-Glucose / D-Fructose-Water System

Conductance studies have been reported to explain structural interaction in terms of activation energy of transition at the saturation temperature for homogeneous electrolyte-glucose-water and electrolyte-fructose-water systems.
