Dye Indicator Spectro Photometry Molecular Interaction

Molecular interaction of adenine, a constituent of DNA, has been studied with drugs by Dye indicator method, showing interactions by means of maxima (peaks) of light intensity graphically by plotting absorbances against concentrations of respective solutions.
