Some new 2-(4-methyl coumarin-7-yl oxy)-4-(2-methyl-5-nitro imidazol-1-yl)-6-(aryl thioureido)-s-triazine derivatives were synthesised. These derivatives were characterised by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectra. The antibacterial activities were evaluated against E. coli, S. aureus, S. parathypi B., P. vulgaris and Enterobbactor bacteria. Antitubercular activity was evaluated against H37Rv strain of M. tuberculosis and antifungal activity was evaluated against C. albicans.
