Complexes of amino acid and aminopolycarboxylic acid with lanthanides metal ions are of immense use. In this paper we have studied the mixed ligand complexes of Terbium (III) and Dysprosium (III) with diethylenetriaminepenta acetic acid (DTPA) as primary ligand and serine, thrionine as secondary ligand at different ionic strengths.
KEYWORDS:Amino acid; ternary complex; ligand
