Synthesis of (Gly-Gly-Gly, I); (Phe-Gly-Phe-Gly, II); (Thr-val-Leu, III); (Try-Gly-Gly-Phe-Leu, IV) and (Gly-Asp, V) has been carried out using 2(2,4-dinitrophenylsulphonyl) ethyloxycarbonyl group (DNPSO2 EOC)-Protected amino acids, KR-C00516 resin (solid support) in dichloroethane/ DMF. The progress of the reaction was monitored chemically, chromatographically and spectrophotometricaily.
KEYWORDS:dinitrophenylsulphonyl; ethyloxycarbonyl chromatographically
