Study of redox reactions of certain systems like potassium dichromate K2Cr2O7with ferrous ammonium sulphate FeS04(NH4)2S04 has been carried out, during electrolysis process in a W-cell, at a constant applied dc voltage. During electrolysis process in a W-cell it is observed that the current gradually increase with time, reaches a maximum and then gradually reduces to zero. The present investigation is on study of redox reaction of Fe2+ / Fe3+ system with standard K2Cr2O7 solution ( in the presence of H2SO4). It is found that system eventually begins to develop two boundaries, giving rise to three zones of different pH.
