ABSTRACT:

Computer analysis was applied to study conserved and consensus sequences of several cytotoxins of different animals groups. A conserved domain DKCN and conserved sequences C, N, H, P, K and RG are analysed. Most of the toxins have the C terminal conservation site with high diversity of action mechanism. Evolutionary tree was constructed which shows species specific interaction and allows division of each family into sub -families.
