The applicability of chromatography and electrophoretic techniques has been discussed for biochemical environmental analysis. Although chromatography is an efficient analytical tool for analysis of the samples, the use of spectroscopy as detector with chromatography has improved its utility for wide range of solutes Tha capillary electrophoresis has become a competitor of chromatography for analysis of the samples, However, both techniques are most popular and could extensively be used for purification, separation, identification and characterization of samples with suitable detection system.
