1H and 13c Ft-Nmr Spectral Analysis for the Detection of Aflatoxin B1 in Groundnut (Arachis Hypogaea L.) Kernels

In this study, 1H and 13C FT-NMR spectra are recorded for groundnut kernel samples collected from fields subjected to two different fertilizer treatments with a view to identify the presence of aflatoxin B,. From the study it has been shown that this FT-NMR can be used as a rapid confirmatory method for the qualitative analysis of aflatoxin B1.
