Synthesis of 4-Substituted Phenyl-5-Chlorosubstituted Phenyl-Pyrimidine-2-Thiols and it's Microbial Activity

2-Hydroxy substituted dibenzoyI methane reacts with thiourea in ethylene glycol as a solvent affords 2-thiol pyrimidines. These synthesised compounds are tested against test organism for microbial activity.
