The acid dissociation constants of the schiff base ethanol amine dehrydro-acetic acid (EADHA) and its formation constants with Cu(II), Ni(ll), Co(ll) and Mn(II) have been determined by pH-meter. The interaction of these metal ions with the ligand have been studied at dfflerent temperatures and the thermodynamic parameters associated with complex formation have been evaluated. The stability order follows Irwing-Willium series for the metal ions studied.
