This paper deals with the synthesis and characterization of iron (II), Cobalt (II), Nickel (II) and Copper (II). Complexes with the following substituted Cinnolines. 4-amino-6-methyl-cinnolin-3-carboxylic add (L1), 4-amino-7-methyl-cinnolin-3-carboxylic acid (L2), 4-amino-8-methyl-cinnolin-3-carboxylic acid (L3).
