The attempt has been made in present study to assess water quality of parvati river flows through Sehore, for a period of 4 months to assess the suitability of river water for irrigation use. The parameters observed in present study are electronic conductance, percent sodium and sodium absorption ratio. These observation confirms that the dam water is suitable for irrigation purposes.
