Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of 2,3-Disubstituted-1-,4-Quinoxalines

Some new 1.4-quinoxaline derivatives have been prepared by condensation of α β-dibromo chalcone with benzene 1,2-diamine in methanol. This varied products have been characterised by spectral studies and screened for antibacterial activity.
