Kinetics of the exchange reactions of Ag+. Cu2+ and Fe3+ ions on the synthesized antimony (V) hexacyanoferrate (II) and its intercalated form with 8-hydroxyquinoline and polyethyleneimine cation - exchangers have been studied over the temperature range 30° - 50°C under dynamic and static conditions. The initial rates of exchange of the metal ions have been found to oe temperature - dependent .The thermodynamic parameters: energy of activation E , enthalpy of activation ∆H". entropy of activation ∆S and Gibbs free energy of activation ∆G* have been calculated. The exchange process has been found to be mainly chemically-controllea end accompanied by decrease of entropy. The results obtained under different experimental conditions have been discussed.
