Betulinic and Ursolic Acid from Seed of Melaleuca Cajuputi (Myrtaceae)

Chemical investigation of fruit of Melaleuca cajuputigave two triterpenes; betulinic (1) and ursolic acid (2). Their structures were established by spectra analyses and by direct comparison with authentic samples.
