The proton ligand and metal ligand stability constants of Co (II) and Ni (II) complexes with Glycyl-Glycyl-Glycine peptide have been studied potentiometrically at different ionic strengths (27± 0.1 °C). The values of proton ligand stability constants (pK) and metal-ligands stability constants (logk) at various ionic strengths are utilised to estimate the thermodynamic stability constants at zero ionic strength and to know the exact nature of reaction mechanism of complexation equilibria.
