Studies on the Dissociation Constants of Some Amino Acids in Various Mixed Solvents

The dissociation constants of protonated Iigands have been valuated pH-metrically at 250 C in various compositions of aquo-organic media with the help of a new technique viz., Continuous Titration Technique. This method is simplified quick method and gives reasonably good practical values.
