Studies of Heavy Metals in Ground Water of Bhopal

To evaluate the water quality status different heavy metals Cu, Cr, Zn. Cd, Mn, Fe and Co were analysed by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) as prescribed by APHA (1986). Cu, Cr, Zn, Cd, Mn, Fe and Co ranged from 7-14. BDL-7.0.20-600 BDL-4.0.11-36.26-55 5-11 pg/L at different sampling station of groundwater of Bhopal. Mean seasonal values were observ ed in 1993-94.
