Hplc Method for the Determination of Enrofloxacin in Broiler Chickens Blood

A reversed -phase HPLC new method for a sensitive and selective quantitation of the noble antibiotic enrofloxacIn in hen's blood plasma is described. The method was validated and showed good linearity (r=0.9989). Sensitivity (0.2 ug/ml); detection limftfO.1 ug/ml), & C.V(± 5%).
